Family members of Crivitz, WI grandmother Dorothy Linksen recently tipped off Crivitz police when they heard their grandmother’s intentions to consume her grandson Liam Linksen.

Dorothy was overheard saying “how I could just eat you up!” while holding young Liam last Thursday. Liam, who is currently too young to understand cannibalism did cry while being held by Dorothy, but investigators are unsure if it’s related to the remarks or a dirty diaper.

Family members startled by this remark immediately called 911 and Dorothy was apprehended shortly after while preparing a pork roast in the family’s kitchen.

Dorothy is currently being held on a $500,000 bond in the county prison awaiting her trial.
